Tuna Salad – Yogurt Style

Tuna salad need not be made with globs of fatty mayonnaise to taste great!  Here is a really simple Greek yogurt tuna salad recipe I make whenever I’m in the mood for tuna!  It’s delicious on a bed of lettuce or on a sandwich, even just with crackers or honestly, by itself!  It is packed with 29 g of protein and only 125 calories!  It’s essentially a protein shake, if you don’t want to drink your calories every day for lunch!  Enjoy!

Eat. Pray. Love.

Remember – whole living is more than just healthy eating.  As humans, we depend on food for survival. . . well, we think we do.  We really depend on God and Jesus Christ for survival.  If He didn’t provide for us our water, food, oxygen, our very life, we would die.  A life without Christ is not a life worth living.  Truly, we are mere mortals, only worthy of coming into God’s presence because of HIS grace and mercy and love to allow us a mediator, Yeshua, to usher us in.

I’m hoping you found this recipe today looking for a healthier version of tuna salad, but I’m praying that you’ll find here so much more.  A prayer for you this day:  Lord, may whoever read this come to know You, JESUS, as their Lord and Savior, as the creator of the universe and as the beginning and end of all things.  Without YOU we are nothing, without YOU are cannot be whole, we cannot be healthy, we cannot be happy.  I pray that whoever is reading this today would find comfort in knowing that You, God, their creator, knows them and loves them.  I pray that you would bring them peace and security, health, and wellbeing.  All of this is the matchless name of Yeshua, Amen.

 Eat. Pray. Love.
