This pumpkin pie smoothie is honestly my favorite fall drink, and might even be my all-time favorite fall drink!  If you’re looking to get some much needed before- or after-gym protein, or just an added boost of nutrition, but you are less in the mood for a green juice, this pumpkin pie smoothie is for you!

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie!

With only three main ingredients, protein, almond milk, and pumpkin, this pumpkin pie smoothie is lightly sweetened with Grade B 100% Pure Organic Maple Syrup, and flavored with pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and vanilla.  Drink up!

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Recipe:

Ingredients:

1 Scoop Sunwarrior Warrior Blend Protein Powder (Raw; if using sweetened vanilla or chocolate flavors, you shouldn’t need to add maple syrup or vanilla as well)

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 cup pure pumpkin puree

2 Tablespoons Grade B 100% Pure Organic Maple Syrup

2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

handful of ice

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:

1.  Combine all ingredients in a blender, reserving cinnamon for garnish.

2.  Blend until smooth.

3.  Pour into two glasses (sharing if you’re nice, or refrigerating the second portion until you are finished with the first. . .believe me, you will want more!) and garnish with cinnamon.

4.  Enjoy!!!
